Federal, SA Govts working on water: Wong


South Australia's water emergency continues with the state government calling on the federal government to guarantee regional capital Adelaide's water supply. As usual federal Minister Penny Wong (she's a South Australian) is under the hammer but tries to convince reporters by saying her government is "working" with the South Australian water management plan.
